Shift Lead Position Description:
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr total (including guaranteed tips)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekdays + Saturdays | Closed Sundays
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• Lead and support a team of Bakers
• Assign positions and manage workflow
• Handle customer concerns professionally

Shift Lead Position Description:

• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• Lead and support a team of Bakers
• Assign positions and manage workflow
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Execute opening and/or closing procedures
- Mentor/train new staff while nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous food service leadership experience
- Availability to work some, but not all, weekend shifts (We're closed on Sundays)
- Availability to open or close store when necessary (see hours below)
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate
- Completion of all internal training certifications within 90 days of hire
- Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work
Shift Options:
- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m, Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
- Opening or Closing shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 1 hour after closing times.
- Flexible scheduling is offered (within our minimum requirements)
