The Crumbl Mission:
To bring friends and families together over a box of the best cookies in the world.

About Us:
Crumbl Cookies is the nation's fastest-growing and largest gourmet cookie company, with over 750 stores in the United States, and have recently expanded into Canada. We boast over 300 different cookie recipes, but only sell six varieties each week. We have never run the same six cookies the same week, creating a great reason for customers to come back to “Taste Weekly”.

All cookies are mixed, balled and baked in our bright and vibrant "open bakery" right in front of our amazing and loyal customers. We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of learning opportunities, room for advancement, and flexible scheduling options. Our goal is always to promote from within, and we believe strongly in supporting our employee’s efforts to grow and advance both at work and in school. If you're a college student, you can even earn bonuses based on your grades through our “We Pay For A’s” program!

Crumbl is a Franchise, and this location is the 1st one owned by our company - CNH Group, which also happens to be the first-ever Crumbl in Pennsylvania back in August of 2021, and have other stores now opened in Exton and Newtown Square. We have four more stores under various stages of development, all expected to be opened by fall 2024. We are a very data-driven organization, and use several apps to manage our operations and communicate with Crumbl HQ in real-time. Career growth is a great option with us as a result as we always strive to promote from within and have new positions created as we grow.

Shift Lead Position Description:
First things first, we'll train you quickly, but completely, on all of our operational "stations" and our very technology-oriented approach to managing the overall store operations.  You'll learn to mix, ball, bake, decorate, and serve the world's best cookies! While learning this, you'll also shadow our current leadership team to learn our processes, procedures, policies, and leadership style. Depending on the number of shifts you can work per week, within 30-60 days you should be fully comfortable, leading shifts of 3-10 team members at a time, and able to open and/or close the store on your own.

We are looking for someone with experience but not necessarily looking for full time hours. It can become full time, but part time to start is ok. Ideally you would be able to have a flexible pattern to your schedule both in days of week and hours, and must be able to open and/or close at least 2 times per week if our schedule dictates.

  • Manage/Complete required store Opening & Closing procedures when scheduled, including use of app for checklists and cookie inventory and waste reporting

  • Valid driver's license
*Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum:
  • This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $2.50 per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate. If that total does not equal at least $2.50/ hr, we make up the difference in hourly base pay for the week).
  • Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when they go over the minimum guarantee per hour, you earn that too

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
